Before booking
Close to the sea — but which part?
Compare the route to your chosen beach, your daily plans and the return to your accommodation.
01Beside the town waterfront
For swimming, promenade and a meal in one shorter circuit.
- Best suited to
- When you want to return to the apartment during the day and go out on foot again.
- Main trade-off
- Check room position and evening noise from nearby venues before booking.
How to choose an address →
02Towards Lučice
For a stay involving repeated visits to this cove.
- Best suited to
- When the route to Lučice matters more than the route to any town-beach section.
- Main trade-off
- With children, pushchairs and equipment, compare climbs, steps and the final approach.
Plan your Lučice outing →
03A base for excursions
For a choice where parking, apartment layout or transport shapes the daily plan.
- Best suited to
- When you want to combine time in town with nearby outings.
- Main trade-off
- With a car, confirm parking and unloading; without one, check the connection and return.
A stay without a car →
With children or a pushchair? Check the actual route from the entrance to the beach, steps and climbs. A terrace view does not show the entire approach.
Choose according to your day
Town waterfront or Lučice?
Choose one main beach destination. Compare the apartment location with access to that particular beach.

For a day beside the town promenade

- Town waterfront, a meal and return to accommodation in one plan.
- What to pay attention to
- Check access, water entry and facilities in the chosen section.

For a separate cove outing
Lučice beach
A smaller cove south of the centre, with sandy shore and trees behind. Make it that day's main beach destination.
- Surface
- Sand according to the official description.
- Why here
- A different setting from the main town promenade.
- Important for access
- Look at the whole outing and return. Trees do not guarantee an available place in shade.

Perazića do as a separate excursion
The cove is beyond the town waterfront. Confirm arrival and return; the path and tunnels from Petrovac are not presented here as a confirmed passable route.

Discover access to the town waterfront
Start with the route you will use from accommodation. Assess the return and choose a place for swimming or a meal.
Promenade and Kastio
Head along the shore towards the landing stage and Kastio. Stay in the accessible outdoor area and view the bay.
Beach or a cultural break
Stay on one beach or check Crvena komuna's current programme. Save Lučice for a separate outing when it suits you.
With children: familiar access, a shorter swim and an easy return take priority over visiting every cove.
In the rain: check Crvena komuna's current exhibition or programme before arriving.
Arrival and getting around each day
On foot along the shore.
A clear excursion plan.
Separate intercity travel, the local service and final accommodation access.
Without a car
Check the local Budva–Petrovac centre connection and distinguish it from an intercity bus. Arrange the return for an excursion too.
Transport and walking plan →Parking before entering town
Being able to reach an address is not a reserved parking space. Confirm where the vehicle stays and the payment arrangements.
Parking and unloading →To the entrance with luggage
Save your host's contact and the last turn. Clarify beforehand where the drive ends and walking begins.
